KARACHI: Nixor College defeated St Patrick’s High School 4-1 on penalties after a 1-1 draw and The City School, PAF, thrashed Aga Khan Higher Secondary School 2-0 to reach the final of the 7th Karachi United Schools Championship here at Baloch Mujahid Stadium.
Kareem Kerai scored one goal for Nixor College and Umar Younus scored for St Patrick’s High School. The match ended in a 1-1 draw after regulation time.
Nixor College managed to outclass St Patrick’s in penalty-shoots by 4-1 as Khizer Hussain, Muzammil Farishta, Kareem Kerai, and Riyan Pervaiz converted their penalties. Umar Kidwai was the only player for St Patrick’s to convert a penalty. The final of the tournament will be played today (Sunday). |
