KARACHI: Veteran Davis Cupper Nomi Qamar bagged Subh-e-Nau Ranking Tennis Series Title here on Tuesday at CDGK Sports Complex.
Nomi outclassed Syed Zuhair Raza in final registering a formidable 6-2, 6-1 triumph to clinch the title. The experienced Nomi was at his brilliant best as he never allowed much room to his younger rival in the one-sided final.
Meanwhile, fast-rising Karachi girl Maheen Dada clinched the ladies singles title after beating Hania Naveed in the final 6-0, 6-0. Hania proved no match for the immensely talented Maheen, who has won a series of local and national level events in recent times.
