KARACHI: Three players of Pakistani team reached closer to the quarterfinal stage of men’s individual Doha WSF Junior Championships 2012 on Monday. Pakistan’s 9/16 seed Syed Bukhari beat Richie Fallows of England 14-12, 11-4, 11-9 in 63 minutes, while 5/8 seed Nasir Iqbal defeated Cheuk Yan Tang of Hong Kong 11-3, 11-5, 11-1 in 20 minutes. And 3/4 seed Danish Atlas Khan smashed Josimar Silva of Brazil 11-4, 11-3, 11-7 in 24 minutes. But Tayyab Aslam lost to 9/16 seed Jan van den Herrewegen of Belgium 11-7, 7-11, 11-9, 11-9 after a tough match of 71 minutes. The scheduled matches for those winners on Monday later in the evening in the round four: Hamza Shah Bukhari vs Marwan El Shorbagy of Egypt; Nasir Iqbal vs Thomas Ford of England; and Danish Atlas Khan vs Juan Camilo Vargas of Columbia.
