1. In order to enhance the capability of Pakistani Swimming Technical Officials (TOs), male and female, the Pakistan Swimming Federation in collaboration with the FINA will Insha Allah be organizing International Advance Level Swimming Technical Official Course.
2. The course will be organized from 5 to 11 May 2014 in PNS Karsaz, Karachi.
3. Course will be conducted by International expert, Mr Ben Ekembo, FINA Vice President and FINA Qualified Technical Official.
4. Promising Technical Officials (male and female) from all the Affiliated Units of the Pakistan Swimming Federation will take part in the Course.
5. Upon completion of successful Course the participants will be awarded International Qualification Certificates.
