KARACHI: Baloch Youth recorded a 3-1 win over Shazad Mohammadan to attain top spot in Group ‘A’ in 9th Karachi United Football League here on Tuesday at Baloch Mujahid Stadium. Aaqib Ayub, Sarmad Jaffar and Essa Lashari scored one goal each for the victors. Meanwhile, Shazad Mohammedan scored their sole goal through Fazal Baloch. With the win, Baloch Youth have accumulated 13 points from five outings to top Group ‘A’. Meanwhile, Shazad Mohammadan are struggling with just seven points from six games. Later in the day, power failure caused the match between Mauripur Baloch and Burma Mohammadan to be abandoned with 20 minutes still left. Burma Mohammadan were leading by 2-0. Burma Mohammadan raced to a 2-0 lead against Mauripur Baloch with goals from M Imran and Noor Ahmed. |
