Zohair, Maheen, Talha advance in Subh-e-Nau tennis Back To Main

KARACHI: Zohair Raza, Talha Zubair and Maheen Dada won their respective matches in Subh-e-Nau Ranking Tennis Series here at CDGK Sports Complex on Monday. Zohair Raza defeated Saud Shahid in straight sets 6-2, 6-0 in a match of men’s singles event. Talha Zubair defeated Haris Iltifat who put up a strong fight. Talha registered a 7-6(7-5), 6-2 win. Meanwhile, Maheen Dada proved too good for Ayesha Meer in ladies singles match and recorded a 6-3, 6-1 win. Other results: Men’s singles: Aslam Pervez bt Yahya Gabol 7-5, 6-4. Ladies singles: Shahida Farooq bt Amber Khan 6-0, 6-0. Boys’ and Girls’ U-14: Hassan Farooq bt Hania Naveed 6-0, 6-3.
