Aqeel sails into IC Trophy last-eight stage Back To Main

KARACHI: Pakistan number one Aqeel Khan marched into the quarterfinal of the inaugural IC Trophy National Ranking Tennis Tournament here at the Karachi Gymkhana on Sunday. The seasoned Davis Cupper brushed aside Ali Murad 6-2, 6-0 to enter the last-eight stage of the competition. His brother Jalil Khan also defeated Saad Mubarik in straight sets to enter the quarterfinals. Promising Maheen Dada began her title campaign in the ladies event with a comfortable 6-1, 6-1 triumph over Neha Khan.
