IOC Certificate in Mental Health 2026
Pakistan Olympic Association (POA) is pleased to share a valuable opportunity under the Olympic Values Programme offered by Olympic Solidarity: the IOC Certificate in Mental Health in Elite Sport, delivered online by Sportsoracle.
It has been designed to enhance participants’ understanding of mental health issues in elite sport. It equips members of the athlete entourage with the knowledge and skills required to support the mental well-being of athletes. For further information, please visit Sportsoracle.
The program is open to all members of the athlete entourage, except physicians or licensed practitioners qualified to provide mental health services. There are no formal educational requirements for participation in this program; however, applicants must have an excellent written and spoken command of English.
Olympic Solidarity will cover the tuition fee (GBP 300.00) for selected candidates only. Any additional costs (e.g., internet access, printing, travel, or attendance at the certificate ceremony) must be borne by the participant or their nominating organization.
Foregoing above, you are invited to nominate a suitable candidate for the subject program and submit the following documents no later than 15 April 2026:
• Completed Application Form for Olympic Scholarship (copy attached)
• Detailed Curriculum Vitae
• Copies of all relevant educational transcripts/degrees/diplomas, etc.
• Work experience in relevant field and supporting certificates
• Letter of recommendation/support from the candidate’s sport organization
• Digital passport-size photograph

Incomplete applications and/or nominations received after the deadline shall not be considered. Nominated candidates will be invited for interviews, and one candidate will be recommended to the President, Pakistan Olympic Association, for final approval.
Note: The selected candidate must sign and submit an undertaking (on stamp paper) committing to complete the course and fulfill all academic requirements. Non-compliance will result in repayment of the full course fee (GBP 300.00).
