ANOC Dream Together Master Program 2026-2027 – Seoul National University
1. I am pleased to inform that the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) is offering full scholarships for the Dream Together Master Program 2026-2027. The Dream Together Master is operated within the Global Sport Management Graduate Programme at Seoul National University. Scheduled to run from late August 2026 to June 2028, participants will spend 17 months in the Republic of Korea until December 2027, followed by 6 months dedicated to thesis work in their home countries.
2. This program aims to strengthen international sports cooperation through global networking, and to provide in-depth knowledge in sport management, preparing participants for leadership roles in sport fields.
3. In accordance with our agreement with Seoul National University, ANOC is pleased to open the nomination process for the 2026-2027 intake for NOCs. This year, ANOC will nominate 10 sports administrators who will significantly benefit from the academic and international experience. Administrators, holding a higher education qualification (Bachelor’s degree or higher) and English proficiency are eligible to apply.
4. You are requested to nominate a suitable candidate who meets the following minimum criteria and submit their completed Application Form along with all required documents (as detailed in the Admission Guidelines) to the POA Secretariat by 28 February 2026 for onward submission to ANOC: –
a. Former and current sports administrators or athletes
b. The applicant and both parents of the applicant must be of non-Korean nationality
c. Bachelor’s degree or higher (in any field)
d. Sufficient command of both spoken and written English
e. Potential and passion for sport management
f. Good health both physically and mentally to successfully complete the program
g. Departmental No Objection Certificate (if the candidate is employed by any service/department)
h. Surety bond on stamp paper by his/her immediate family members as mentioned in para 7 below.
i. Undertaking by the candidate as mentioned in para 8 below.
5. The Admission Guide, Brochure, Application Form, and other relevant documents for the Dream Together Master Program are attached for your perusal please.
6. Incomplete and/or nominations received after the given deadline shall not be considered. Priority will be given to coaches belonging to sports whose representatives have not previously availed this or similar international opportunities. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews, and one candidate will be recommended to the President, Pakistan Olympic Association, for final approval.
7. The candidate shall be required to submit a surety bond on stamp paper, by his/her immediate family members, undertaking that the candidate will return to Pakistan upon completion of the Programme. In case the candidate fails to return, a sum of 2.5 million shall be payable. Furthermore, the candidate shall undertake to complete the course and fulfill all academic requirements; failing which, he/she shall be liable to repay the full course fee /scholarship amount duly certified and verified by the nominating Federation/Organization.
