To encourage, promote, assist and regulate the development of Gymnastics.
To organize gymnastic competitions and National championships each year and authorize the affiliated units for holding the same in rotation.
To cause the formation of Regional Organizations and affiliate them.
To arrange, assist, finance (if required) and encourage, systematic training of Gymnastic though coaching in and outside Pakistan.
To arrange and finance Pakistan team's participation in international championships and other tournaments.
To enforce Anti- Doping Code of FIG, WADA, NOC Pakistan and educate against doping.
To promote youth development programs at grass root level.
To certify the amateur status of Pakistan Gymnastics where ever required.
To raise funds for carrying out the aforesaid objectives of the Federation.
To help in formation of regional organizations and to organize international championships.
To get affiliation with FIG, AGU, POA, PSB and other regional organizations.
To support the Olympic movement and honor the Olympic charter
