Press Release - IOC 2-Year Distance Learning Sports Medicine Diploma Course Back To Main

Dear Media Friends,

Olympic Solidarity through the Sports Medicine and Protection of Clean Athletes programme (Training) is organizing IOC 2-Year Distance Learning Sports Medicine Diploma Course in cooperation with the IOC Medical & Scientific Department.

This postgraduate level, intensive course is aimed at further building education as well as knowledge in the field of athletes' health  protection and specifically targets team physicians. The Program has begun on October 1, 2018 and shall complete in April 2020.

I am pleased to inform that on the recommendation of Lt Gen (R) Syed Arif Hasan HI(M) President, POA, Maj Dr. Lubna Sibtain, Member POA  Medical Commission has been enrolled. IOC Olympic Solidarity has awarded  scholarship to her for this Program.

Lt Gen (R) Syed Arif Hasan HI(M) President, POA congratulated and wished her best of luck.
