Press Release – First National Athletes Forum 14th – 15th November, 2020 – Lahore Back To Main

Dear Friends,  

As you are kindly aware that Athletes Commission of Pakistan Olympic Association in collaboration with Pakistan Olympic Association and under the auspices of the International Olympic Committee is holding the First National Athletes Forum on 14^th – 15^th November, 2020 at Lahore.

The objective of this program is to have an interactive and educative session with national athletes providing the athletes with a chance to learn the philosophy of Olympism as envisioned by the Barron Pierre de Coubertin, father of modern Olympics, Olympic Values, Athlete as a Role Model for Society, Protections of Clean Athletes (Education of Anti – Doping Program), Prevention from Harassment & Abuse in Society and the Health Care of Athletes in this testing time of Pandemic.

A meeting of Athlete Commission is being convened today under the Chairmanship of Mr. Muhammad Inam Butt to discuss the arrangement of the Forum at 1500 hours in POA House, Lahore.
