Subject: NATIONAL TASK FORCE FOR E-SPORTS
Dear Sir,
Greetings from NOC Pakistan.
NOC Pakistan is pleased to know that a National Task Force for E-Sports is being formulated with an aim to promote / develop E-Sports in Pakistan.
It may be in your notice that the 6th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games are taking place from 21 - 30 November 2024 in Bangkok and Chonburi Province, Thailand. The E-Sports has been included as one of the sport disciplines in these Games. The following events of E-Sports have been included:

Being Secretary General NOC Pakistan, it is my foremost duty to bring into your knowledge that the online accreditation process for participation in the Games has been started by the Organizing Committee of the Games, therefore, we shall need following information to field athletes of E-Sport in the subject Games: -
- Information required for online accreditation (Annex A) by 25-06-2024.
- Performance Analysis of Athlete and Athlete Support Personnel (Annex B).
- The passport of the participant must have six (6) months validity (atleast upto 01 June, 2025).
- Participation expenses of E-Sport contingent will be the entire responsibility of the Pakistan Sports Board / Task Force.
It will be appreciated if all stakeholders of E-Sports are approached with request that proformas mentioned above be duly completed and sent to POA Secretariat by email / through TCS alongwith mandatory documents as per given timelines.
We are also enclosing the sport programme (Annex C) of the subject Games having details of men and women events and Technical Handbook of ESports (Annex D) for information and further necessary action.
Foregoing above, it is imperative that competent authority may convene a meeting to discuss the modus operandi for selection and participation of E-Sports athletes in the subject Games.
