Dear Sir/Madam,

I am pleased to inform that the IOC Olympic Solidarity has invited NOC Pakistan to submit applications for International Executive Training Course in Sports Management Program (MEMOS). This program to help professionals working in national or international sports bodies to develop the knowledge required in order to better manage their organization.

This program is based on four face-to-face education and training sessions as given below. It will allow you to experiment your newly acquired knowledge directly into your organisation. MEMOS is scheduled over eleven to twelve months and consists of three nine-to-twelve days residential sessions, each dedicated to two to three main subjects, and a three-day final session devoted to the defense and presenting of participants’ personal research project.

04 – 14 September 2022, Lausanne, Switzerland
05 – 13 February 2023 at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
23 April – 02 May, 2023 at Olympia, Greece
05- 09 September 2023, Lausanne, Switzerland

Olympic Solidarity will cover the tuition fee, cost of airfare in economy direct routing, provide accommodation in Lausanne sessions / modules. MEMOS participants are responsible for all the expenses not covered by Olympic Solidarity (including, but not limited to local travel costs, accommodation and meals not covered by Olympic Solidarity, entry visas, medical/travel insurance, vaccinations, COVID test, etc.).

Foregoing above, you are hereby invited to nominate a suitable candidate for MEMOS that must hold a relevant university degree or have comparable professional experience as judged by the MEMOS selection committee and likely to contribute to your organization and the national sports system for years to come and submit the following documents of your nominee to POA Secretariat by or before 13 June, 2022. Kindly be noted that mentioned documents received after 13 June,
2022 shall not be entertained:-

• Candidature Form
• Detailed CV.
• Letter of support from the candidate’s NSF and his or her sport organization.
• Digital Passport size photograph.
• Copy of latest passport.
• Copies of all educational transcripts and work experience certificates

It may please be noted that shortlisted individuals shall be interviewed for final selection.
