Xi Jinping, President Peoples Republic of China with the delegation of Olympic Council of Asia led by the Raja Randhir Singh Acting President OCA.

Lt Gen (R) Syed Arif Hasan heartily congratulated His Excellency XI Jinping and the great people of China for organizing the most grandiose Asian Games the continent has ever witnessed. He extended his deepest appreciation for the exemplary hospitality and resolute cooperation showcased by the Organizing Committee and the Government of China, which significantly elevated the experience for all the participants of the Games. The Hangzhou Games affirmed that this monumental achievement has not only etched a golden chapter in the annals of Asian Games history, but also displayed the exemplary readiness and generosity of Chinese people in hosting international events of such a vast scale.
