Press Release - Olympic Scholarship for Athletes “Milano Cortina 2026 Back To Main

We feel pleasure to inform that, on the recommendation of Pakistan Olympic Association, IOC Olympic Solidarity has awarded Olympic Scholarship to Mr. Muhammad Shabbir for training and preparation for the Winter Olympic Games Milano Cortina 2026.

Muhammad Shabbir will benefit from this Olympic scholarship till Winter Olympic Games Milano Cortina 2026 (February 2026) where he will be disbursed USD $1500/- month.

Lt Gen (R) Syed Arif Hasan HI(M), President Pakistan Olympic Association congratulated Muhammad Shabbir and wished him very best for his journey leading to Winter Olympic Games Milano Cortina 2026.

Today (07th December, 2023) Muhammad Shabbir signed the contract of the Olympic Scholarship at the head office of POA where Air Commodore Ashar Jamil, Secretary General Winter Sports Federation of Pakistan and Muhammad Khalid Mahmood, Secretary General Pakistan Olympic Association were also present.
